Dimini

Dimini, near to Sesklo, is the best known Late Neolithic (roughly 5000BC) settlement of Greece. Its polychrome, matte painted wares enjoyed wide circulation.

Dimini was a settlement with enclosure walls

Dimini also had a very long lived Bronze Age/Mycenean period-here's a tholos from above

Sesklo

Sesklo is pretty THE Middle Neolithic (roughly began 6800BC) site of Greece (and of course Thessaly), known primarily for its red-on-white style. Excavated since the turn of the century, it has amazing preservation.
