this castle is also the provincial wine museum and so it's a little odd to visit. The structure is nice but not much to see otherwise.

Fiesta de Toros- Peñafiel

the medieval square where the bull ring is set up for the bull run and bullfights. All of the houses on this plaza have balconies that the owners are obliged to allow spectators to stay on.

Bulls frequently get out of the rings and so all the houses have these stout poles to protect them
