| the rewind button is crooked and the focus ring a bit off but I like my Silette anyway, plus the previous owner inscribed her (Sheffield) address on the case- it's hard to date this baby despite Silette's fairly comprehensive history online since this is a pretty classic original Silette 1953 in the body but the lens is...not quite right until 1956 with Silette-L.In any case, I think it's 1950s |
